Lucy Marks is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and former CEO with more than 30 years’ experience working in the NHS leading primary care psychological therapy services.  

She was awarded an MBE in 2018 for services to children’s mental health and primary care. 

 

She is an executive coach and clinical supervisor and provides staff support and reflective practice for Primary Care, Maternity staff and Midwifery and Clinical Psychology students.  She is chair of Quality and Practice committee at Tavistock Relationships and has a small private therapy practice.

Her special interests are in a systems psychoanalytic approach to staff wellbeing, and enabling staff to manage the emotional impact of clinical work.
